Artwork Returns
Lets face it, buying an artwork is an investment.
Select your forever artwork carefully.
Returns and/or exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.
PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged simply because you change your mind and/or doesn't suit your decor anymore.
Returns due to shipping or in-transit damage will be assessed case by case.
Please email me at peterjdare@bigpond.com immediately if your parcel arrives damaged. Immediate photo evidence will also be required.
To return an artwork, please contact me at peterjdare@bigpond.com as soon as possible. Each return will be on a case by case matter. If the issue is art damaged in transit, please ensure that you have taken several photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging as soon as possible.
Once issue is raised and if return is accepted, then the original packaging and shipping material must be used to ensure the artwork is well protected during shipping back to me (unless the original packaging is unsafe to re-use).
If artwork is returned for something other than the above, we will then provide you a quote for the cost of return shipping, if you still wish to return the artwork and receive your full refund of the purchase price.
I don't offer exchanges on artworks that have been returned.
You will need to simply select another artwork and purchase through the normal channels.
