All Original Artworks and Art Prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity to validate the art by the artist (Peter Dare)

All copyrights and reproduction  rights are retained by the artist.  This artwork may not be reproduced wholly, or in part,  by any  process without express permission of the artist.  

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the artwork for the listed price (unless otherwise approved by the artist).

Full payment must be made prior to the artwork being shipped and/or picked up.

FOR COMMISSIONS -  a 30% deposit is required up front with the balance owing at the completion of the artwork.

Customers will be able to see halfway progress photos, of which you are entitled to 1 change (colour change only).

If order is forfeited and/or customer fails to adequately communicate with the artist (within a reasonable timeframe), then the order will be deemed as unfulfilled and deposit will be retained by the artist.  

FOR AFTERPAY PURCHASES - artwork will be shipped once full payment has been made to the artist (Peter Dare) by Afterpay, usually around 7 days.

No other payment plans are available for purchases unless otherwise agreed to between the Customer and the Artist (Peter Dare).

FOR CUSTOMISED FRAMED PRINTS - I do offer framed prints and they can be requested through the COMMISSION contact page.   Please note; delivery is subject to current timber stock and framing times set by the framing company.

UNSTRETCHED CANVAS & PAPER PRINTS - Unstretched canvas prints and paper prints (under 100cm) will be safely shipped in a rolled tube and posted through  Australia Post with tracking details available.   Unstretched canvas prints and paper prints (over 100cm) will be safely shipped in a rolled tube and sent by a reputable courier with full tracking details available. 

Unstretched Canvas and/or Paper Prints can not be returned for change of mind as they are custom printed to order.
